We are in diligence on over 300 acres in New Mexico about 10 minutes from the local airport and the opera and 10-15 minutes from downtown Santa Fe. The site and the investment is residential in nature. We are intensively studying options and expect to purchase in late summer of 2025. Then we would begin the long term process of developing the land, first horizontally, then vertically.
