Washington Avenue Entertainment Corridor

Purchased in 2017, we redeveloped a two story, 40,000 square foot warehouse on slightly less than four acres of land into a mixed-use project. The property is located on the north end of the Washington Avenue corridor, less than one mile from inner Houston’s larger interchanges (Loop 610/I-10) making it easily accessible from other Houston neighborhoods.

As of 2025, the property has a new main anchor, an experiential retailer which advertises as a “human sized arcade for adults” offering group experiences and mental challenge games and escape rooms. The property includes an approximate 1.5 acre land site which offers future redevelopment potential.
